PARTIAL TERMS: A 10% Buyers Fee will be added to the high bid price to determine the final contract price. Evidenced High Bidder will be charged a $5,000 credit card deposit upon auction end on a pre authorized credit card. (see general terms on this authorization requirement.) An additional $25,000 deposit will be made by prior ACH Transfer Authorization at auction end to be held in trust, and sale contracts executed. The total $30,000 deposit shall apply to the purchase price at closing. The high contracted bidder agrees to pay the balance upon closing at the title company indicated within 60 days of the expected confirmation of sale by the Mahoning County, Ohio Probate Court. Title shall be free and clear upon closing with real estate taxes paid to date.

Title Insurance is recommended and available at the expense of the Buyer. NO CONTINGENCIES, “AS IS” sale. Any desired inspections must be made prior to auction end. Once registered, Bidders will be authorized to bid at the auction company’s sole discretion upon meeting registration and verification requirements.
